A 24 hour foaling down service is offered at WestVETS Reproduction Centre.  Mares are fitted with foaling alarms and are housed in grass, safely fenced paddocks beside the main residence on the property.  Mare’s will be accepted from 3 weeks prior to their due date and monitored closely to maximise the safe delivery of the foal and to ensure the mare and foal’s health in the first few days following the birth.
